We host intimate, on-farm dining experiences and also bring Provecho to you—curating multi-course private chef dinners, weddings, and retreats, from corporate gatherings to wellness and creative programs.

Each menu is shaped by what’s coming out of the garden in that very moment, alongside intentionally sourced ingredients from nearby regenerative farms and organic producers.
