Our private chef dinners are designed for small groups seeking something intentional, beautiful, and deeply nourishing.
Each evening unfolds as a multi-course, farm-to-table meal, prepared just for your group using ingredients grown on our farm in Somerset and sourced from nearby producers.
While our seasonal supper series offers a more communal, open-table gathering, private dinners are a more personal and immersive experience — created exclusively for you and your guests.
This is not traditional catering.
It is a slower, more considered evening — where the table is set, the details are cared for, and you are free to fully arrive.

Your Hosts
Dinners are hosted by the two of us — farmer, chef, and stewards of Provecho Farm Kitchen. In the kitchen, meals are prepared using ingredients harvested from our land and surrounding farms, shaped by the season and the moment.
Throughout the evening, your table is tended with care — courses served, pacing guided, and the space quietly held so the experience feels seamless and relaxed. Together, we bring a balance of craft and hospitality, creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and grounded.

The experience typically unfolds over 2–2.5 hours.
Menus Inspired by the Season
Every private dining experience is custom-designed around your preferences and the best seasonal ingredients from our farm and regional producers. These sample menus offer a glimpse into what your evening could look like, with thoughtful accommodations available for most dietary restrictions upon request.




Pricing
Seasonal dinners begin at $125 per person for a four-course menu, with the option to add additional courses or enhancements.
We typically host gatherings of 8 to 20 guests, with menus thoughtfully tailored to your group. We’re happy to host smaller groups as well with an event minimum price. For larger groups (12–20), dinners may be served family-style while maintaining the same level of care and presentation.
Location Options
On the Farm (Somerset, Ohio)
Join us for an open-air dinner set within our forest garden and farm spaces. This offering is seasonal and weather-dependent.
At Your Location
We travel to homes, lake houses, and rentals — most commonly within ~30 miles of Somerset. Travel beyond this range may include a small additional fee.
Partner Location
We are a featured private chef at The Pigfoot Inn, Spa, & Event Gallery in downtown Somerset, where our seasonal dining experiences are regularly hosted and recommended for guests. This is one of our primary local hosting partnerships and a beautiful setting for private dinners and small gatherings.
