Instead of a CSA model, we are hoping to experiment with what could be a more convenient and attractive option for community members who would like to eat locally and support family farms. Think online grocery store shopping... simply choose which produce and products you want in your cart, pay online, and pick-up at a local meeting point. Our VegBus will have a local route with stops throughout Perry County, and potentially surrounding counties if we find enough of a customer base to support the commute. We will prepare and deliver orders twice weekly, and customers are welcome to pick up orders at the farm other days of the week during farm business hours.
